Celebration for Friends of the Little Sisters
of the Poor at St Joseph's Home, Northcote

Friends of the Little Sisters of the Poor gathered on Saturday, 31st August for their annual celebration.

Archbishop of Melbourne Denis Hart DD was main celebrant at a joyful Euchastic Celebration in honour of St. Jeanne Jugan. Concelebrating priests were Rev. Brian Cosgriff and Rev. Prakash Cutinha.
The refreshments that followed were held in the newly renovated dining room.

The Purpose of Friends of the Little Sisters at Northcote

To enhance and deepen the relationship between the Little Sisters of the Poor and the wider community who have generously supported their work in Aged Care.
To learn more of the distinct Charism and Mission of the Little Sisters of the Poor.
Annual Membership of the Friends of the Little Sisters of the Poor receive:
- An Annual Melbourne newsletter
- Invitations to special events and functions
- Daily Prayers and Masses are offered by the Sisters for their benefactors and friends.

Our Patron is the
Archbishop of Melbourne Denis J Hart DD.
