Independent Living Units

Sydney Units were built with the new Home in 1987, Auckland, New Zealand in 1988, Melbourne Units were opened in 2017 and Perth were ready for occupation in March, 2021.                                               

Each unit contains:

• bedroom, ensuite,
• walk in wardrobe,
• lounge room with space for Dining area,
• kitchenette,
• built in washing machine and clothes dryer. 
• Each unit opens on to a private balcony. 
• There are spacious corridors and sitting areas, mail and paper delivery. 
• There are outside gardens with social function area.
• A call bell system for an emergency.
• Good security measures in place.
• Serviced by night guards.

CRITERIA FOR ENTRY

• Low income
• Able to live independently and provide for own needs
